Account Executive – Sydney, Australia

Sinefa has developed a national network of partners including Telstra, and other high profile MSPs.  These partners offer a strong pipeline of blue chip customers, and the primary focus of this role will be to pull through sales from this growing network.

Account Executives are an integral part in defining the Sinefa customer experience.  Being able to clearly articulate the value proposition to a variety of customers and channel partners, and communicating Sinefa’s thought leadership is key. The right candidate must be passionate about customer experience, and have a strong understanding of network environments, from the simplest to the most complex. Sinefa is a simple solution and it’s simplicity is retained despite the scale of the network.  Your speed and ability to understand customer requirements, read a network diagram and respond with effective proposals on how to deploy Sinefa will be at the core of your skillset, as will the ability to position Sinefa in the network stack against competing vendors. We are seeking an Account Executive, based in Sydney, Australia.    

Major Responsibilities:

  • Work with Telstra AE’s, TSS, NSS and internal and external business partners to deepen and significantly scale penetration of Sinefa
  • Meet customers and prospects and articulate Sinefa’s value proposition and how to get the best out of their network
  • Generate pipeline of opportunities and meet sales goals
  • Support other channel relationships (MSPs) and deepen pull through of Sinefa
  • Work closely with the Sales team, travel as needed both regionally, domestically and internationally (at times).  NSW position will support QLD.
  • Present the Sinefa value prop at technology events and partner driven events
  • Work closely with Product Management to feed in market intelligence and knowledge from the field.  

 

Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong customer facing skills including the ability to provide live demonstrations to customers ranging from government, enterprise, and mid markets

Global Head of B2B Marketing

The Role:

The Sinefa team acquires new customers through self-service and lead generation campaigns and strategies. In this role, you will work to build robust lead generation programs to support our growing sales organization. This role requires stellar understanding of marketing automation systems and you’ll need to work cross-functionally with paid, local, SEO and retail marketing channels to help drive incremental value out of existing programs

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop an overall marketing strategy with a strong focus on acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns, using the entire marketing mix.
  • Creating an effective digital content strategy to reach out to their audience and create engagement and excitement around their brand.
  • Leveraging channel partnerships
  • Experiment with different marketing channels, failing quickly and learning the best ways of contacting prospects.
  • Define and implement all automated and one-off campaigns to nurture prospective leads down the conversion funnel via email or other methods
  • Write creative briefs and manage content and creative asset development, and manage the development of landing pages, emails, programs and other marketing collateral via marketing automation platform.

We are looking for a key team member to develop and manage our on-boarding process. You will need to be highly customer focussed and proactive, with skills in sales, network technology and process improvement.

Answering to the Executive Director Sales, your mission is to convert sales leads into satisfied customers, and to develop and maintain the on-boarding process over time. Where possible, you will be expected to automate existing processes using a range of technologies.

Your KPI’s will include: lead conversion rates; customer satisfaction index; and cost efficiency. With performance proven over time, your opportunity will extend to participation in Employee Option Plan and ultimately to lead the On-Boarding Team.
