Your technical expertise, customer-facing skills and competitive instincts would drive you to help retain and deliver new revenue from existing and new global customers of Sinefa’s Digital Experience Monitoring product.
You would be excited to ride the wave with an established and rapidly growing company providing insights that drive customers' digital experience and transformation.
And you will play a key role in bringing Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) to the world. And what a product to work with! Enterprise-level user experience monitoring in a cloud environment with zero config. Exceptional NPS and annual revenue renewal rates well in excess of 100%. Where will you take it from here??
You will:
- Lead the transformation of Sinefa’s Customer Support organization into a world class Customer Success organization.
- Listen to and identify customer needs and deliver configuration and engineering adaptations of Sinefa products, equipment, and services to deliver value, close deals and ensure customer success.
- Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with current and prospective customers.
- Directly own the Customer Support relationship with Sinefa’s Premier and top tier customers.
- Manage Tier 1 and 2 Customer Support team and own the escalation of trouble tickets to Tier 3 Engineering Support as necessary.
- Own and develop Sinefa’s online Community pages and repository of technical information for partners and customers.
- Identify product issues that should be addressed and recommend prioritized actions to Product Management and Engineering
- Educate customers and prospects about the service and any technical or engineering information they need.
- Partner with the sales team to identify potential growth opportunities and participate on sales calls as necessary.
- Prepare customer design and architecture documentation, security assessments and pricing estimates.
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining and/or demonstrating benefits and operations improvements.
- Develop customer and partner staff by providing technical information and training.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team effort using personal initiative to support and enable the success of other players on the Sinefa team.
You will likely have:
- Seven or more years of industry Customer Care/Success experience
- NPMD and APM solution experience
- SaaS knowledge
- Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure etc)
- Product development experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management discipline
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience working in a fast-growth, corporate environment
- Self-starter oozing with initiative
- A BA/BS degree in engineering or related discipline, or comparable experience
- Spanish language is a plus

Delivering better digital experiences is at the core of what we do. Sinefa is seeking a Sales Executive who helps us do just that. With a proven track record of success and an attitude consistent with a high-performance sales culture, you will be tasked with building awareness and strategising growth in your respective region. You will have experience in all activities involved in building and managing a sales pipeline, as well as closing opportunities to achieve your own regional sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Sinefa in the APAC region.
As a global company with a presence throughout the US, Europe and Asia Pacific, your role will require you to work amongst a diverse group of individuals, each offering a perspective that makes Sinefa so unique.
Major Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients by making periodic visits, exploring their specific needs and anticipating new opportunities. This will include working with executives at the highest levels of the client’s organisation.
- Grow and support channel and strategic partnerships with key telecommunications and Managed Services Providers (MSPs). Strategically, this will include collaborating with them to build and execute sales plans that reflect Sinefa’s own business strategy, advancing market share of the brand and achieving profitable growth. You will also be required to help them to position, design and deliver Sinefa’s solutions.
- Forecast, build and monitor sales pipeline to ensure continuous population of short and long-term opportunities. This will involve managing the size and quality of the pipeline, and analysing insights such as overall win rates.
- Collaborate with the sales them to identify new client opportunities and execute plans to capture new clients for profit growth. This involves representing the brand at events and trade shows.
- Work with the broader sales team to make commercial decisions and optimise profits, as well as meet sales objectives and KPIs.
- Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess their met and unmet needs so to recommend and adapt the solution in a way that will optimise value and support for both the customer and Sinefa.
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong customer facing, account management and reporting skills
- Public speaking and presentation skills to a number of customers including government, enterprise and mid market
- Superior interpersonal skills with a passion for data networking and related new and emerging technologies
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP
- Extensive knowledge of legacy networking, routing, switching and Wide Area Networks
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, including AWS, Azure, GCP
- The ability to work well autonomously
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Systems/Sales/Support Engineering roles

We are looking for a JavaScript developer who is proficient with building quality software using Node.js, TypeScript and React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing Sinefa’s User Interface components and implementing the using React.js. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will be working in a small team and collaborating with other teams on the different layers of the infrastructure which make up Sinefa’s product.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and nurturing a small team
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Implementing backend APIs in Node.js, where required
Skills:
- Experience with leading and managing small and agile teams
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
