Freight Policy

  • This policy applies only to orders dispatched from Sinefa’s warehouse.
  • Free freight is only available in Australia and the USA for delivery within 50kms of a major city.
  • To return a Free Trial Probe, please send to the address supplied by your sales representative. Please ensure that the probe is returned in its original condition (Sinefa cardboard box, physical probe, cables and accessories). If the probe has not been returned in its original condition a refurbishment fee will be charged accordingly.
  • A tracking number will be provided for shipments where available.
  • Once the order has been processed by Sinefa, and estimated delivery time will be provided. Please note that these are estimates and subject to chance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. If credit terms are unspecified, the invoice must be paid for before shipment can be processed.
  2. All orders placed with Sienfa will be delivered to the address specified in the purchase order.
  3. Sinefa requires someone to be available to receive orders at the specificed address during business hours. If no one is available, Sinefa reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee of $15 for each subsequent attempt. If an order is cancelled following a failed delivery attempt, but the same products are reordered afain within 30 days to the same address, a $15 freight charge will be added to the new order.
  4. Delivery dates and times of items and services provided are estimates only. Sinefa shall not be liable to any loss or damages arising as a result of any failed or delayed delivery attempts arising from any circumstances.
  5. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on either the next business day or when stock becomes available.
  6. Sinefa is unable to make delivery to Post Office boxes. It an order it placed specifying deliver to a P.O. Box, we will contact you for an alternative address. Sinefa reserves the right go charge a redelivery fee if the order has already been dispatched.
  7. Sinefa charges a handling fee for orders marked at pick-up. These orders must be collected between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  8. Electronic products such as a virtual probe will not incur any freight charge.
  9. Orders that require part shipment/backorder will only be charged freight on the first order (if required). All subsequence shipments to complete the order will not be charged freight provided they are within the bounds of the aforementioned policy.
